Unlike granite, Cambria is virtually worry-free and exceptionally easy to maintain. Cambria is twice as strong as granite. Granite is porous and subject to staining if not maintained with sealers, conditioners, cleaners and wax.

Stain Resistant
Cambria is nonporous, making it resistant to stains from fruit juices, food coloring, coffee, tea, wine, nail polish and felt-tip markers. No sealing, polishing or reconditioning is required. Just wash Cambria with warm water. It's that simple.

Safe for Food Preparation
When food and moisture penetrate a porous surface, harmful bateria begins to grow. The surface of granite can absorb harmful bacteria and is not certified by NSF International. Cambria is nonporous and has been certified by NSF International for use as a food preparation surface.
